The Ethnomusicology Department Student Services office is housed in 1642 Schoenberg Music Building and open from 10-5 Monday through Friday.

The staff is comprised of Alfred Bradley (undergraduate advisor) , Sandra McKerroll (graduate advisor), and Ed Blancarte (student affairs officer). The staff assist in counseling prospective and current students in a variety of areas, including admissions, degree requirements, and departmental financial support.
