Before coming to UCLA, Glen Rewal had over 20 years of broadcast experience in Hollywood. At Paramount Television, Glen worked on over a dozen nationally syndicated shows including Leeza, Hard Copy, Cheers and Entertainment Tonight. Glen was a senior field service engineer for Sony's professional products group, serving many broadcast clients including Modern VideoFilm, Universal and NBC Burbank. As lab manager at the Rockwell Science Center, Glen was responsible for the testing of advanced mixed signal devices (ADC / DAC) that were the worlds fastest
at the time. He is also a circuit designer, programmer and an award winning video editor, wining the bronze Telly award in 2003. Glen is an amateur musician and plays trumpet, trombone and clarinet.
