Carol Pratt greets visitors in the Music Department and Ethnomusicology main office at 2539 Schoenberg Music Building, guiding them to the persons or places they are seeking. She answers and directs phone calls to assist callers seeking information on concerts, class schedules, degree programs, and auditions. She also sends referral lists of musicians and music tutors when requested by callers. Students and faculty seeking CD recordings can request the form from Carol. She assists faculty, students and staff in duplicating class materials, as well as sorts and receives mail. Faculty or students wanting to leave items for pickup can do so with Carol. She also types miscellaneous forms for faculty and staff.
