Donna Armstrong provides general administrative support to the Chair, faculty, and students in the Department of Ethnomusicology. She is responsible for: scheduling and coordinating the Chair's activities; creating and maintaining the department website, alumni database, and email distribution lists; serving as liaison to the Public Information Office of the School of the Arts and Architecture and helping to publicize departmental events; providing administrative support for the academic recruitment process; processing visiting scholar paperwork; assisting with instrument maintenance and repair; assisting faculty with ordering textbooks, parking services, and various other administrative tasks.
