Lecture and demonstration by Fabiano Borges, hosted by the Ethnomusicology Graduate Student Organization (EGSO)

Fabiano Borges is a Brazilian guitarist and composer who holds a master’s degree in Musicology from the University of Brasilia, Brazil. His musicological research consists of choro studies, focusing on the seven-string guitar. He has given concerts in several countries, such as Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Spain and Germany and participated in festivals around the world in order to spread his work with this instrument.
