Soprano and ensemble director Isabel Palacios, whoe Camerate de Caracas is the premier Early Music ensemble in her native Venezuela, will be a Regent's Lectuer in the Departmetn of Musicology from Feb. 8-22. Her work with student singers and insturmentalists on Hispanic Renaissance and Baroque repertories will cuminate in a public concert in Powell Rotunda on Feb. 19.
