Come experience the historic return of the world famous Los Angeles Balalaika Orchestra to Schoenberg Hall on the UCLA campus.

Forty years ago, the UCLA Balalaika Orchestra was formed arround a grant of instruments and funding donated to the university.  Several members of that fabled academic ensemble as well as the musician responsible for the original donation are  all now members of the LABO.

The link to UCLA is renewed this year as the orchestra is joined by UCLA Professor Vladimir Chernov, a veteran of the world's great opera houses.

Come to hear the shimmering music of the Russian folk orchestra and the burnished voice of baritone Vladimir Chernov.

Parking for Schoenberg Hall is in Lot 2 at UCLA  Parking is $10 and may be obtained from the kiosk at the Westholme/Hilgard entrance to campus.
