Description

Ron Vermillion is a music copyist who also specializes in Midi transcriptions and orchestration for film at Universal Studios in their Music Library Division. He began his musical career as a trumpet player performing with noted bandleaders Lionel Hampton and Louie Bellson. Mr. Vermillion moved from performing to programming electronic music and recording engineering. Today, Mr. Vermillion has garnered a stellar reputation in the music preparation area in various capacities ranging from television to film.  He has hundreds of television and film credits. His television credits include Barnaby Jones, Boston Public, Dukes of Hazzard, The Fall Guy, Hawaii-5-0, Law and Order, just to name a few; and his film credits include Alice in Wonderland, American Beauty, Erin Brockovitch, The Green Mile, How Stella Got Her Groove Back, Spider Man, When Harry Met Sally, The Wolf Man, just to name a few.
