Applicants must select the particular department (Ethnomusicology, Music, and Musicology) to which they wish to apply.
Undergraduate Degree ProgramsStudents who wish to apply to the Herb Alpert School of Music must first complete the University of California's Application for Undergraduate Admission. The filing period for the UC application is November 1-30. After the UC application has been filed, applicants will be required to submit a department supplemental application.
