Music Deparatment doctoral piano student, Hojoon Kim, will be participating in a global multimedia concert organized by The Juilliard School later this week. He will be playing John Cage's Winter Music (1957), for 1-20 pianos. The Disklavier technology can replicate all aspects of performance to another Disklavier piano anywhere in the world via the internet, in real time and with absolute precision. Juilliard pianist Allegra Chapman will perform in NYC, UCLA pianist Hojoon Kim will be in Buena Park, California, and Luna Inaba will be in Kakegawa, Japan.
