During my Undergraduate work I maintained a private studio of 3-4 low brass students each semester. I am a member of the Carolina Crown brass staff, who recently won the "High-Brass" award in the Drum Corps International World Championships. This past spring, I traveled to Thailand and taught 4 bands, one of which went on to receive a 2nd place finish in the All-Thailand music competition. I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Euphonium Performance. I teach two undergraduate music education majors private lessons, I conduct the symphonic band, and help teach the marching band.
