During the summer break, we upgraded several rooms with brand-new AV and automation systems. These upgrades not only enhance ease-of-use, but also provide additional features that were previously unavailable.

These new features include:

• MacMini computers in the AV cabinets

• AV podiums with touchscreen displays

• Integrated 4 button AV switching

• Blu-ray playback

• Skype videoconferencing

• Tech support paging system

• Custom equipment automation system

The rooms upgraded are: 1402, 1421, 1354, 1344, 1325, 1343, 1345, 2646 (Mancini) and conference rooms 1230 and 2619.

In select rooms (1325, 1343, 1345 & 1230), there are also new virtual whiteboards with a choice of 2 annotation software packages.
