Community or Corporate Internships in Ethnomusicology (Ethnomu 195A and B)

The department is pleased to be able to give University credit to students majoring in ethnomusicology who wish to participate in community or corporate internships. Students have the choice of taking Ethnomu 195A (for anyone majoring in ethnomusicology), or Ethnomu 195B (for ethnomusicology majors who are in the Public Ethnomusicology emphasis). These internships count as credit toward the undergraduate degree (see Undergraduate Program). Graduate students MAY NOT enroll in these courses.

For more information on internships go to The Center for Community Learning and Service. Administered by the Division of Honors and Undergraduate Programs of the College, The Center for Community Learning and Service assists students, faculty, and academic departments in developing meaningful learning experiences outside the classroom. These may be in the form of student internships, field studies or research, community service, or cooperative education programs.
