Under the direction of the Chairs, Martha Rider manages the administrative responsibilities for the Departments of Music and Ethnomusicology. Her major responsibilities include financial management and analysis, material and facilities management, supervision of contract and grant administration, supervision of academic and apprentice personnel activities, and supervision and utilization of all staff personnel. Martha also acts as a liaison between the departments and other University administrative units, University central administration, and outside agencies.
