If you are unable to use the Archive during our normal access hours, you may request an appointment with one of the archivists using the form below. Please give two or three dates and times, or a range of times, that you would be available for an appointment. If possible, please describe the nature of your request — if you would like to listen to or view audio or video recordings, work with a research collection, use our printed reference collection, etc.
PLEASE MAKE APPOINTMENT REQUESTS AT LEAST 24-48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. We cannot guarantee an appointment if you make your request less than 24 hours before you’d like to come in.
Note that the Archive is not open on weekends or during University holidays. Also, please note that if you plan to work with a research collection, it may take up to two weeks to page that collection from storage and create listening or viewing copies.
