All applicants are required to submit supplemental documents, perform an audition, and interview with our faculty. After completion of the UC General Application please download and retrieve the supplemental documents, listed below, as soon as possible. What do you expect from the program? What are your professional or career goals? Our criteria for selection will be influenced not only by your motivation and your ability to achieve excellence in the program, but also by your future plans. This statement should be typed or printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper and should not exceed two pages. ATTACH your statement to the questionnaire. Please note: the statement of purpose is required in addition to the essay you submitted as part of your UC application. Two Letters of Recommendation Letters of recommendation should be obtained from those who can expound on the applicant's academic and musical ability. Letters should be attached to a completed recommendation form (see link below).
