Kwiatkowska, Barbara Jolanta
Barbara Jolanta Kwiatkowska received her BA (1971) in music form the Frederyk Chopin School of Music, and her MA (1975) from Catholic Theological Academy, Warsaw, Poland. In 1981 she earned her Ph.D. in ethnomusicology from UCLA. Her dissertation is entitled "The Present State of Musical Cultures Among Diegueno Indians From San Diego County Reservations." Before completing her doctorate, Kwiatkowska worked as a Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant at UCLA.
