Grove, Theodore Charles (b. 1942)
Theodore Charles Grove earned his AB in performance from UCLA in 1965 and his doctorate from the Music Department at the University of California, San Diego in 1978. Grove worked as a Senior tutor at La Trobe University, Australia, and as a research assistant at the Center for Music Experiment, UCSD. He was a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Papua New Guinea Studies, Papua New Guinea, and was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship in 1975. His dissertation is entitled "Jaw's Harp Music of Papua New Guinea's Kalam People - the Gwb."
