Godsey, Larry Dennis

Larry Dennis Godsey received both his MA and Ph.D. from UCLA in ethnomusicology. His master’s thesis is entitled "Musical Form in Sandawe Gou and Kerem’ta Songs" (1975). Godsey’s dissertation is entitled "The Use of the Xylophone in the Funeral Ceremony of the Birifor of Northwest Ghana" (1980). Godsey is currently working in Capital Programs at UCLA.
